Small actions to make a big difference
Together with Tieto we iniated an amazing 'small actions that make a big difference' global values week during May 2010. It's all about people working together. We used the power of IT to engage people to act upon Tieto's values all around the world.
Company wide strategy conversation
Basware wanted to engage all 650+ people in four big strategy kick-off meetings held in US, France, Sweden and Finland. Together we designed a successful conversation tool with key content, good questions, and good process. They had succesfull meetings with engaged participation. Basware is now succesfully putting their new strategy into action.
Everyone as active contributor
Vaisala renewed mission, vision, strategy, and way of working. Together we created fresh new questions in line with their new strategic approach. With an engaging process and handy tools we transformed their Global Management Meeting from Power Point presentations to a 100 % collaborative experience in line with their new way of working.
Values discovery peer-to-peer
Tieto renewed mission, vision, strategy and way of working. Together we created a Peer-to-Peer process with hands-on tools for discovering new shared values. The process was collaborative and energizing in line with the new strategy and new values that were discovered. All 16.000 people had an opportunity to contribute.
Taking SAP into use
ABB Service in Finland had a major challenge. They were to take a new Business SAP into use. Together we designed a practical visual conversation tool in parallel with their SAP configurations. The tool helped ABB to create a Big Picture view on the issue. Conversing together made people realize that the new SAP tool will help them to work more efficiently together. It will focus everyone's work for the benefit of clients. It is worth the effort.
Positive spiral on leadership
Outokumpu wanted to launch new leadership principles. First we helped them engage key people in an appreciative conversation discovering best personal leadership moments in line with the new principles. This was a success. They involved 1.000 more people. Finally we created a conversation tool to involve everybody. The tool was translated to several languages. It was easy-to-use and engaging to participate.
Tools for 16.000 people conversation
Tieto wanted to engage all 16.000 people to think and talk together about the new strategy, way of working and new values. Together we designed questions, content, process and hands-on tools for inspiring conversations in various countries. Conversation is a natural way to create understanding and energy to act. The meta message: 'It's time to act.'
